• Yearly HOA Dues are $90.00 per lot and are due on July 1st.  

• Yearly Road Assessment Dues are $180.00 and are due on February 1st.

A late fee of $25.00 will be assessed for each assessment after 60 days from each due date.

10% finance charges will be applied each month on all overdue assessments.
