Annual HOA Dues for Shenandoah at Timber Creek HOA homeowners are $300.00 and assessed January 1st and due February 1st. Finance charges are assessed on the 1st of each month on past due balances at 18% per annum.
 
Not all past due balances are listed in the options for on-line payments. Call HOA Services directly at 405-753-0695 to obtain your current balance or pay an amount not listed. PayPal merchant fee will still apply. 
 
Custom payments must include the 4.5% merchant fee to receive the full credit you intend to have applied to your account. All payments received will be applied to legal/collection charges and older balances first. 
 
Pay on-line through PayPal, Venmo, Credit Card, or Debit Card with a PayPal merchant fee of 4.5% included.
